Halfway through the year, summer is a time of change for many people. You might be leaving education and embarking on the next adventure, out of work completely, or simply looking to progress in your current line of work.

Everyone has skills, you just need to understand what they are and how you can use them in your career. Chances are, you use skills and talents every day without realising it. Whether you dance, play an instrument, look after your children or take part in sports, you are continuously using abilities that employers are looking for.
