Our fully-funded Information, Advice or Guidance courses give you the skills you need to advance your career with no hidden costs attached. 

Sharing information, advice and guidance is a crucial part of many job roles, whether you’re working with customers or colleagues.

Our courses are designed to help you improve communication and confidence. 

Have you lived in the UK for 3 years?

If the answer is yes you might be able to complete our courses. To be eligible you must also meet the following criteria:

  • I currently live in England
  • I was aged 19 or over on 31st August 2023
  • I have lived in the UK or EU/EEA for the last 3 years*
  • I am actively seeking employment OR earning below £25,000 annually**

I have lived in the UK or a European Economic Area (EEA) Member state for the last three years or are an Individual or Asylum Seeker with certain types of immigration status*. I am actively seeking employment and claiming an unemployment benefit ** OR I am earning under £22,308 annual gross salary and be able to commit to the course.
