We Helped Jordan Find a Place to Call Home

Late last year, Jordan found himself in a very stressful situation, through no fault of his own. He was out of education and had nowhere to live, sofa surfing for months.

This is a situation no young person should find themselves in, but as a young person with autism, the amount of change was especially turbulent for Jordan.
