    As a catering assistant you’ll be the friendly face of our outlets, responding to customers’ requirements and queries.   You'll be part of a friendly team, covering several outlets on campus, and you’ll move across outlets as required.   You'll prepare and serve, a wide range of hot and cold beverages, along with ensuring work areas are always clean and well-presented. 

     

    Our hospitality hosts provide a professional and confidential service to our colleagues, guests and delegates as part of our conferencing and hospitality events.  You'll be waiting on and serving guests across our dining and event areas.

    You’ll be an enthusiastic individual who is well presented and committed to

    providing exceptional customer service. You’ll be organised and self-motivated with

    the ability to communicate with colleagues and clients. Ideally, you’ll have

    experience working in a fast-paced hospitality operation or a conference and

    banqueting environment but it’s not essential. Full training will be provided.
