We’re living longer, healthier lives and have the opportunity to think differently about working as we get older. We want to support 50+ individuals to remain in and/or return to work, and to help them overcome any barriers that may be hindering them.
We want to raise awareness among employees and employers about the value 50+ people bring to businesses and the wider economy.
Developing skills and ensuring suitability for the workplace is essential at every stage of a career. Acknowledging the significant contribution of older workers is key for employers to get the very best out of their workforces. Our mission is for 50+ individuals to continue to enjoy rewarding careers, whether this be progression within a current organisation or, perhaps, a career change.
