9th December, 2021 Read time: 1 min

Following the recent announcements and changes to Coronavirus guidelines, we are updating the ways we support you.

As always, our main concern is looking after the safety of our people - both staff and customers. With this in mind, the way we deliver some of our services is changing.

Masks, hand sanitising/washing and 1 meter distancing will be mandatory in our centres and during face-to-face appointments. We will have spare, disposable masks available for those who don't have one.

We'd like to take the time to thank all of our customers and colleagues for their continued flexibility, understanding, and patience. We are committed to keeping everyone safe, and we would not be able to do so without your support.
