Bobby joins the #FuturesFamily through our Restart Scheme
Bobby first came to Futures 8 years ago to receive CV and application support to help him into employment.
After finding himself unemployed last year, Bobby joined our Restart scheme; a programme supporting individuals into work after a period of unemployment. Futures were able to boost Bobby’s confidence when applying for jobs, learning how to highlight his key skills during an application.
As a result of this, he applied for our Customer Service Adviser role and never looked back. Bobby resonated with our values around people and making a difference; now Bobby is a part of that change.
